Getting Medical Devices to the market has never been more challenging than it is today, and there are no signs that it will get easier any time soon. Problem? Time and Money = Risk!

  • Regulatory requirements continue to be daunting with more data being required for market approvals. More Time, More Money!
  • Strategics are becoming more risk averse, pushing the innovators to gain the approvals in the major markets, gain market traction in those markets, and “prove” the product performance, the quality system can handle audits, the manufacturing is scalable (COGS), and the sales models (ASPs and reimbursement). More Time, More Money!
  • Investors continue to deploy less capital into MedTech (relative to their other choices) and any capital deployed is coming late during the commercial processes. More Time, More Money!

Solution: Company ELEVATOR Model!

At NAGLREITER™, we focus on bringing Medical Devices to the bedside by overcoming today’s innovation challenges. Our business model aims at navigating the clinical, regulatory, and market requirements more efficiently by incubating the entire R&D and Commercial lifecycle under one roof.

  • A best in class workforce of engineers, designers, regulators, clinicians, marketeers, entrepreneurs in residence, finance, legal are uber efficient, yet “fractional” to the development process.
  • A state of the art MedTech facility, equipment, and contract manufacturing capabilities integrated between the lifecycle workforce and cohesive systems designed to expedite time to market at a fraction of the cost.
  • A robust quality system (QA, RA, Engineering, Manufacturing) integrated with efficient business systems (Sales, Marketing, C Suite, Finance) designed to build amazing products and more importantly build great companies.

Speed, lower costs, extreme predictability, lower risk! At NAGLREITER™, we are built to drive company valuation by coordinating a best in class workforce, optimal use of facility and equipment, and optimal systems aimed at satisfying all stakeholders – including the patients. Innovators, MedTech Strategics, Investors, Regulators, Clinicians, and Patients are all winning through coordinated and fractionalized models built to overcome today’s MedTech challenges.

We are a disruptive MedTech innovation model built for tomorrow’s needs.

Industry Focus
The Medical Device Contract Manufacturing Market is expected to exceed $97B by 2026. Partnering with Contract Manufacturing partners can be challenging. Big houses, you get ignored and lost in long term contracts, smaller engineering houses lack the capability:
The NAGLREITER™ value proposition is doing more than just building great products, we aim to equally build great companies. In order to become truly great, it’s essential to have validated production capabilities that meet the commercial demands as well as the acceptable cost targets. Early commercial data and an ability to manufacture product unlocks incredible company value. For many young MedTech startups it’s equally important that this manufacturing capability is highly transferable (no strings attached) either to a Strategic acquisition or perhaps a high-volume manufacturer. At NAGLREITER™, our manufacturing activity and controlled environments are flexible enough to be conducted either in the client’s own quality system or in the NAGLREITER™ QMS.

A stroke, sometimes called a brain attack, occurs when something blocks blood supply to part of the brain or when a blood vessel in the brain bursts. In either case, parts of the brain become damaged or die. A stroke can cause lasting brain damage, long-term disability, or even death. Now more than ever, it’s important that people stay healthy and know the symptoms of a stroke. 80% of them can be prevented. In the event of one, be sure to act F.A.S.T.
